Chicago Sazerac Month February 23, 2009

Celebrate Fat Tuesday with a Big Easy original cocktail, proceeds benefiting New Orleans recovery efforts.
Judge & Dolph, the exclusive Illinois distributor of Sazerac, along with top cocktail bars and restaurants, will be launching Chicago Sazerac Month to help the Big Easy with its continuous recovery efforts.

All proceeds from “The Sazerac”, the official cocktail of New Orleans, will be donated to help re-build The Museum of the American Cocktail in New Orleans and support the Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans.

Restaurants and bars participating include but are not limited to: Drawing Room, Violet Hour, Sepia, Nacional 27 and The Whistler.
