Raimundo and Diego Amador invite you to a very special evening. As part of the Chicago Flamenco Festival 2012, these two acclaimed Flamenco artists from Spain will perform, as an acoustic duo, the debut concert of their soon-to-be-released record, BLACK & Gypsy (March, 2012).
Diego Amador is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, recording artist and producer. Raimundo Amador is an experimental flamenco guitarist rooted in the flamenco tradition who has worked with a range of musicians from Bjork to B.B. King.
This concert is part of the Chicago Flamenco Festival 2012, presented by the Instituto Cervantes in collaboration with Arte y Vida Chicago with the support of Old Town School of Folk Music, the Flamenco Arts Center, and the Ensemble EspaƱol Center for Spanish Dance & Music in residence at Northeastern Illinois University.
