Chibi-Pa Festival Voter Registration September 27, 2008

Chibi-Pa Japanese Anime and Culture Festival is a gathering of people with interest in all things Japanese. This would be a good place to reach out to young voters. Chibi-Pa will bring in up to 5,000 and %70 will be new young voters. We should reach to them and show them the importance of change.
