Chestnut Hill College to Hold 30th Annual Golf Invitational to Benefit Student Athletic Scholarships October 8, 2012

Chestnut Hill College will hold its 30th Annual Golf Invitational on Monday, October 8, 2012 at the Whitemarsh Valley Country Club in Lafayette Hill, Pa. For three decades, the Chestnut Hill College Golf Invitational has played host to hundreds of the region's top business associates and community leaders. In that time, the Invitational has raised nearly $1 million in support of Chestnut Hill College.
Golfers will start the day with registration and brunch at 10 a.m., and a shotgun start at 11:30 a.m. The outing will conclude with cocktails and dinner at 5:00 p.m. and the presentation of prizes. Special activities throughout the day include a $5,000 putting contest, raffles, silent auction, skill awards, and a $1,000,000 hole-in-one contest.
New this year for non-golfers, the invitational will also include Party Bridge at 2:30 p.m. at the country club. Participants can register for the bridge game, with the option of staying for cocktails and dinner with the golfers. Registration for Party Bridge is $20 per person, or $75 for bridge, dinner, and cocktails.
