Chestnut Hill College Poetry Club to Host "Evening Air: A Poetry Carnival" April 24, 2010

The Chestnut Hill College Poetry Club presents “Evening Air: A Poetry Carnival” on Saturday, April 24, 2010 from 3-9 p.m. on the Summer House lawn at Chestnut Hill College. Chestnut Hill College is located at 9601 Germantown Avenue in Philadelphia.
“Evening Air” celebrates Poetry month with a variety of live performances from Chestnut Hill College students and other groups from outside the College community. There will be poetry readings, live music and a DJ, in addition to interactive games, a barbeque dinner, and refreshments. There will be face painting, balloon animals and other activities for children. Artists and musicians scheduled to perform include Chase Flow, The Split Currents, Koashine Dupont, Julian Coleman, and music provided by DJ Dav.
