This charming tale based on the classic story by Lewis Caroll and updated by William Glennon features an abstract interpretation of the fairytale that is appropriate for all ages. “Alice in Wonderland” follows a group of actors that are looking for an “Alice” to fill the vacant role in their production. Once they find Alice, she falls down the rabbit hole and her adventure in Wonderland unfolds, with the actors playing the characters she meets along the way.
“Alice in Wonderland” is just one of many student-produced productions at Chestnut Hill College, including previous performances of “Once On This Island,” “Godspell,” and “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” in past years. Tickets are $5 for general admission and $3 for Chestnut Hill College students and children under 12 years old. For more information, please call 215.248.7118.
