Chefs With Flair Food & Wine Tasting January 31, 2011

This elegant special event combines an upscale evening to sample signature dishes created for the occasion by chefs from some of New Jersey's finest restaurants: Bar Cara, Cinders Woodfire Grill, Eclectic Grill, Fascino, McLoon's Woodbridge Grille, Sebastian's The Steakhouse, Tim Schafer's Cuisine, Uproot Restaurant, Vine Restaurant and Elijah's Promise Culinary School. Appropriately matched fine wines from A Taste of Purple and spirits from CMSC Spirits Group will complement their creations - an evening to delight the palate. The honoree for the event is Lisanne Finston, Executive Director, Elijah's Promise, a New Brunswick soup kitchen and culinary arts school. Proceeds from Chefs With Flair will benefit the American Lung Association in New Jersey. American Lung Association fights the diseases and environmental poisons that damage the lungs of the people of Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
