As many of you know, Celeste worked for a while in France. The way of life and their food definitely influenced her cooking. Also, having lived in New England, she assures us (Southerners) that we need help with our pasta and cheesecake.

In this class you will learn:
Starter - Fig, honeydew, and prosciutto salad topped with goat cheese and honey vinaigrette
Entree - Hearty, rich bolognese, slowly cooked for several hours - served with fresh pasta and LOTS of cheese :)
Dessert - New York Style Cheesecake with fresh strawberries and white chocolate sauce
