No passports neccesary to join this International Voyage to Vegetarian class. Ports of call feature recipes from the Carribean for spicy vegetable stew and South America for Brazilian feijoada. We'll then cross to the Atlantic to Africa for Moroccan rice pilaf and continue through Europe for Irish seitan stew and vegan paella.
