Two of PCI’s talented chef instructors will go head-to-head in an “Iron-Chef-style” cook off that will be judged by a panel of local celebrity judges, as well as an over-all peoples choice award that will be judged by the guests of the dinner. Guests will enjoy a professionally served meal while having the opportunity to view the chefs in the kitchen preparing the meal.
Chef Jeremy MacVeigh, who recently authored the cook book ”International Cuisine”, has challenged Global Master Chef Udo Prambs from Germany with over 20 years of experience in the European and US culinary industries, to an all out culinary-duel.
Each chef will be given a secret ingredient just before the event, giving them enough time to create a four-course meal including dessert for an exclusive group of guests that could include you. The exact menus will not be known until the evening of the event. Please discuss any extreme food allergies with PCI staff when making the reservation. We cannot guarantee substitutions for any course, but will make every effort possible with advance notice.
This event will be a springboard to a series of dinners in 2010 such as Sommelier vs. Sommelier, Winemakers Dinners, and more Chef vs. Chef Dinner events… more details to come.
Seating is limited!
