Chef Rick Moonen Book Talk and Signing August 8, 2009

The Barnes and Noble at Bradley Fair located at 1920 N. Rock Road (Wichita, KS) will host Rick Moonen, executive chef and creator of Rick Moonen’s RM Seafood restaurant at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, for a book talk and signing of his cookbook Fish Without a Doubt on Saturday, August 8th, at 2:00 pm. The book talk will start at 2:00 pm, with the signing to follow shortly thereafter until 4:00 pm. The author will be available to chat with customers and sign copies of his book, which is the most comprehensive sustainable seafoood cookbook ever. He debuted on Bravo’s hit TV series Top Chef Masters on Wednesday, July 15th.
