Culinary Bad Boy, Chef Chris Nirschel is turning up the heat just in time for Valentine’s Day with an aphrodisiac induced Demo and Wine pairing on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Public House – 140 E. 41 Street, NYC from 4:00pm-6:30pm.
Learn how to plan a passionate Valentine’s Day dinner date for that special someone in your life or treat your soul mate to something out of the ordinary for Valentine’s Day. The demonstration will comprise of butternut squash ancho chili bisque, winter harvest salad, lobster truffle risotto made with authentic truffles, merlot braised short rib and bananas foster for dessert. Each dish will be coupled with wines from across the world.
Each Ticket Includes: An hour and a half hour demonstration with wine pairing, a five course dinner and a one hour question and answer segment. Space is limited per class and built on a first come first serve basis. Reservations are recommended two weeks in advance.
