Cheese-maker Fest And Wine Pairing March 8, 2007

This is a fun competition and a chance to get face-time with cheese makers and the people who love cheese. The "Pro-AM" format is open to professional and amateur cheese makers.

- 3:00pm to 6:00pm for paid registrants and contestants only
- There is a nominal entry fee for all participants and $10 for attendees; registrations must be made and paid in advance
- Entry fee includes cheese samples along with assorted meats, breads, crackers and desserts
- Pro cheese makers will have names included in our advertising, press releases, etc.
- Two separate awards for Pro's and Am's based on people's choice
- Participants will bring up to five cheeses that they make (about three pounds of each) along with utensils for cutting / serving cheese samples
- Wines are from our winery: Merlot, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sweet Berry Red
- We are only taking reservations for 50 people - make your reservation early!
