Chatham Veterans Day & Kent TA100 July 4, 2008

The SE Flagship Veterans Day event takes place inside the award-winning Historic Dockyard Chatham with FREE entry for Veterans. Features of the day will include a Church Service followed by a Veterans and Armed Forces Parade through the Dockyard with the Band of HM Royal Marines. Throughout the afternoon a Veterans Reunion Hall will operate inside a ship-building hall with entertainment and cash-bar.

Armed Forces and Services Charities will present a number of displays and activities alongside the attractions of the Dockyard. The day will close with a separately ticketed Beating Retreat and Ceremonial Sunset.
