Charlotte Salsa, (Wendy & Rodrigo Jimenez) is hosting the biggest New Year’s Eve Latin Party in Charlotte. The goal for this event is to provide a place to celebrate ringing in the New Year with a formal Latin party in a friendly, family-oriented and safe environment. Providing the best of music from a live salsa band “The Latin Project” and Charlotte’s best Latin music DJ, “ DJ Psychs” (former Latorre’s DJ), you don’t want to miss this event!

The Celebration boasts two dance floors for people to enjoy dancing to the live music and their favorite records as well as exposing them to other rhythms such as Argentine Tango with exclusive performances by Charlotte Salsa and The Charlotte Tango Society.

The Crowne Plaza’s newly renovated ballrooms A, B & C [yes, they’re using all three!] is the venue and the goal is to host 300 people. This is the first New Year’s Eve event of its kind for Uptown Charlotte and the hope is that it’s success will enable CharlotteSalsaDance.com to continue hosting it annually making it a tradition for the entire Charlotte community.

The objective is to offer a different option to the community on New Year’s Eve so people can relax and have a great time at an affordable price.
