***Congratulations and good luck to Robin Rogers on winning the Charlotte Blues Society's First Acoustic Challenge. The Society also nominated them into the "Best Self-Produced CD" category. Robin & Tony Rogers will represent Charlotte, NC in the International Blues Challenge which is being held in Memphis, TN from Feb. 4 - 6

***The Charlotte Checkers will hold an open call national anthem audition on Wednesday, January 26th from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm at Cricket Arena. Open to the public and no audition fee. Anyone who can also perform the Canadian national anthem is of special interest for future games.
