Charity Happy Hour to benefit Bunkers In Baghdad, Inc. January 30, 2009

Bunkers in Baghdad, Inc. is a Buffalo-based non-profit that collects and ships new and used golf balls, clubs and other equipment to our soldiers serving in combat zones in Iraq and Afghanistan for recreational purposes. We also distribute equipment to injured veterans through the Wounded Warriors program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center to aid in their rehabilitation. Our first shipment of equipment was sent this past November 2008 with the assistance of several local schools whose students participated in the collection and packing of the golf equipment.
