Chapman State Park Programming-Eco Sand Sculptures Competition. Chapman State Park, Clarendon, PA 16313. 3:30 PM - 5 PM. Eco Sand Sculpture Competition. Are you up to the challenge? Come out to the beach to learn about ecosystems and enter a nature-themed sand sculpture into the competition. Small prizes and certificates will be awarded to winners! Please bring your own sand equiptment. 6:30 PM - 8 PM. Relax with Rover. Bring your dog to Parking Lot #1 and go on an easy hike with the park naturalist around the park. We will stop at several points of interest along the way and will end at the lake for a drink for our furry friends. Dogs must be well-behaved with other dogs and people, remain leashed at all times, have a current license and be up to date with vaccinations.
