'Changing Direction' is a series of events for those looking to return to study after a break away.
Whether a return to study is going to be the start of something new for you, maybe a complete change of career direction, or a way of moving on in your current job you are welcome to attend.
The event on 25th November 2009, 2pm-4pm at Edge Hill University, will focus on routes into health and social care (excluding nursing and midwifery). If you're aspiring to work in health promotion, health support and social work, this event is for you.
There will be talks taking you through the options open to you at undergraduate level. You will be able to listen to presentations on issues such as student finance, hear student perspectives on Higher Education, receive advice and guidance and find out what it is like to return to study at Edge Hill University.
To book a place at this event, please email your name and address and contact telephone number to adulttaster@edgehill.ac.uk. Please include the date of the event you wish to attend in the subject line of your email. Places are strictly limited and bookings will be dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note, this event is not for people wishing to study nursing or midwifery. Informal nursing and midwifery talks take place throughout the year for more information on these programmes.
