Change, Conflict, and Resolution from a Cross-Cultural Perspective May 12, 2007

The only constant is change. Change facilitates growth, breaks limiting patterns and fixed perspectives, ignites the creative spirit and brings necessary opportunities and challenges. The presence of change is often announced by the creative tension we generally call conflict or chaos.

During this workshop, participants will learn practical tools, methods and the necessary ingredients that are required for handling both inner and outer states of conflict. Participants will look at cross-cultural methods of negotiation, and work with the four universal principles found in all cultures as ways of creatively resolving conflict.
