D.O.C. Wine Bar Chicago is prepared to transform what you know about caviar and champagne into a symphony for your senses. From the simple to the complex, the flavors and presentation of two of life’s biggest indulgences will come together with D.O.C. Wine Bar’s intimate atmosphere for a tangibly decadent experience on Thursday, December 13th. Beginning at 7 pm, Champagne & Caviar Night will feature a hand-picked assortment of four amazing champagnes paired exquisitely with four opulent caviars.

Twice baked potato with bacon, chives, brie and Spoonbill Caviar
paired with: Leclerc Briant, Cuvee Extra Brut Champagne

3rd Pairing
Deviled Eggs with Lobster & White Sturgeon Caviar
paired with: Andre Clouet, Grand Reserve Brut Champagne

4th Pairing
Royal Osetra
