Join the Clean Tech Institute and the International Association of Nanotechnology for a Nano Lunch on Thursday, May 1 focusing on the challenges facing investors and entrepreneurs in the clean tech marketplace.
Guest speaker Bill Reichert with Garage Technology Ventures will discuss the failure of VC clean tech initiatives, current market trends and the evolution of innovation within the clean tech industry.
Bill Reichert has more than 20 years’ experience as an entrepreneur and an operating executive. Since joining Garage in 1998, Bill has focused on early-stage information technology and materials science companies. He sits on the Boards of CaseStack, WhiteHat, ClearFuels, cFares and ThermoCeramix.
An overview of the wide range of clean tech and nanotech training programs offered by the California Institute of Nanotechnology will also be presented. Networking opportunities will take place before and after the presentation.
