Chalk The Block August 8, 2009

A festival of creativity comes to downtown St. Joseph...two days of street painting with chalk, music and free events for kids. Artists from all over will transform our streets into a "masterpiece." Downtown shops will have their annual "Sidewalk Sales" from Thursday through Sunday. Thursday night also showcases Family Dances at the John E. N. Howard Bandshell as part of the State St. Experience.
