This 9th Annual sidewalk chalk art contest is a must see! and must do! event. Huge cash prize for Best of Show drawing - great family fun! Tehachapi Valley Arts Assoc and Main Street, Tehachapi have joined forces to make this even better with vendors, music and food in Rail Road Park, downtown Tehachapi.
