Austin Hill will be hosting a fund-raising event for the Electronic Privacy Information Centre (http://www.epic.org/) and Creative Commons (http://creativecommons.org/).
EPIC is a public interest research centre that focuses public attention on civil liberties issues and to protect privacy.
Creative Commons provides a framework for content creators to mark their works with the freedoms they want, encouraging sharing and collaboration.
Directions to this event will be handed out at the Net Freedom panel discussion, which immediately precedes this.
There is a $10 admission fee. All proceeds will go to these two non-profit organizations.
