Course Overview:

This highly interactive two-day course not only provides the fundamental principles of Scrum, it also gives participants hands-on experience through a variety of interactive exercises. Bob Sarni, who is an experienced Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) with many years of experience working with Scrum teams and whole organizations on the application and adoption of Scrum, will facilitate this course to help guide you on the beginning of your journey into Scrum.

* Attendees of this training are eligible to earn 14 PDUs toward PMI certification.

Who Should Attend:

Whether you’re a line manager, program or project manager, programmer, tester, business analyst, product manager, or just someone interested in working on or with a Scrum team, this course is suited for you. You will leave with good knowledge of how and why Scrum works. Through practical, interactive exercises and discussions, you will be prepared to start your journey into the world of Scrum.

Logistics:

Classes will be 9:00 am to 5:00 pm each day with a continental breakfast served at 8:30 am. Lunch and an afternoon snack will also be served.
