Tours comparing the history of the two emerald gems, both designed by Calvert Vaux and Frederick Law Olmsted, with a focus on the designers’ intended similarities and differences. Central Park stops will include Strawberry Fields, Literary Walk, The Ramble, Bow Bridge, The Lake, The Arsenal, and Bethesda Fountain, while Prospect Park covers Long Meadow, Nethermead, The Boathouse, Battle Pass, and the Vale of Cashmere. Do one tour or bring your Metrocard if you are doing both.
