The Central Coast Shakespeare Festival will open its 2009 Season on July 10th at the scenic Outdoor Amphitheatre at River Oaks Hot Springs in Paso Robles. Featuring views of a lake, golf greens and golden hills as well as warm summer weather, patrons are invited to relax on the lush green lawn, enjoy the golden hills and sparkling lake in the background while sipping a delicious local wine and enjoying the Central Coast’s only outdoor repertory company performing great theatre for the entire family.
The 2009 Season will feature Shakespeare’s magical A Midsummer Night’s Dream and a delightfully funny adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s Treasure Island by Phil Willmot. Treasure Island will open the season on Friday, July 10th at 7:30 pm. Midsummer will open the following Friday, July 17th and the plays will run on alternate weekends through August 15th.
