Central Arab Student Alliance (CASA) is an organization developed to represent the Arab student body at The Ohio State University. CASA is committed to building a community of support for Arab students who are newcomers to the Ohio State University and greater Columbus communities. Committed to the promotion of Arabic heritage and culture, CASA seeks to increase general public awareness of Arab culture and Arab affairs. This convention is a first in a series of planned activities that CASA hopes to undertake in this respect. Furthermore, CASA encourages cooperative efforts among its members and other organizations within O.S.U. and the greater Columbus community in hopes of providing valuable experiences for all in the areas of community support, cultural exchange and public awareness.
