The Artist Series at Wheaton College presents cellist Joshua Roman in a performance at 8 p.m. Saturday, October 22.
A versatile musician, Roman has performed both solo and chamber music across the country, playing everything from jazz to Bach. MusicWeb International describes Roman as "a performer as charismatic as he is technically and musically talented."
The Chapel is located on the northeast corner of Washington and Franklin streets in Wheaton. Ticket prices range from $37-$50 for general audience with discounts for students and seniors over 60. Ticket holders are invited to attend a free pre-concert talk from 7 to 7:30 p.m. in Edman Memorial Chapel. Josh Roman will be interviewed by cellist and conductor Linc Smelser. A question and answer time will follow.
