The Celebrity Chef Tour benefiting the James Beard Foundation is thrilled to announce that Celebrity Chef Richard Blais, the innovative chef and culinary consultant who made it to the final three in Bravo’s fourth installment of “Top Chef,” will debut with the Tour in Philadelphia to recreate the famed James Beard House dinners. Chef Richard, along with Host Executive Chef Todd Fuller, will share his deep appreciation for contemporary, relevant dishes and his passion for modern style and execution at sensational eatery Tangerine on Thursday, November 6th, 2008 at 7pm.

The reception and dinner promise to delight the palates of the most discriminating epicureans. Showcasing the talents Chefs Richard and Todd, highlights of the evening will include:
