Bar Pilar, an innovative restaurant and bar in the U street area, invites diners to relax and enjoy a flavorful New Year’s Eve meal. Savory dishes include Crispy Braised Pork Belly with kimchi soup and rice or Sautéed Spaghetti Squash with pistachio. To end the night, guests may have a difficult time resisting the scrumptious Buttermilk Pie with Pear Sorbet for dessert. Bar Pilar will be open at 5 pm, with bar service closing at 2:30 am. No reservation required.
