Celebrate the New Year at Westfield Connecticut Post with Free Westfield Family Fun Days January 25, 2012

January 25th will feature classic folktales with “Tikki Tikki Tembo” by Arlene Mosel and Blair Lent. If you don’t already know Tikki Tikki Tembo-no sa rembo-chari bari ruchi-pip peri pembo -- you certainly will soon. The second book, “May I Bring a Friend?” by Beatrice de Regniers and Beni Montresor, is a Caldecott-winning children’s book exploring the tradition of English tea. Children will enjoy a fun snack, and create cups to take home.
