Leprechaun Kiss
2oz. Vodka
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 drop of green food coloring
1/2 oz. Creme de menthe
20z. Sprite (for a little fizzle).
Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice except the Sprite. Shake well and pour into a martini glass. Top with the Sprite. Garnish with a slice of lime.
