Laissez les bon temps rouler (“let the good times roll”) with Roux Louisiana Kitchen’s Mardi Gras bash in Santana Row’s Park Valencia from 11:30 a.m.- 4 p.m. Enjoy a live New Orleans jazz band, Roux Creole and Cajun cuisine and beverages, raffle prizes and more.
