To commemorate “Día de Los Enamorados,” La Condesa will present a unique four-course dinner menu designed specially for the occasion. Drawing on the bold flavors and vibrant colors of Mexico City, the cuisine will be prepared by talented Executive Chef Rene Ortiz and Pastry Chef Laura Sawicki.
Guests will have a choice of several flavorful options to begin their romantic evening. Starters range in variety from lobster “vichyssoise” to pig trotter from the Richardson Farm and Texas gulf coast ceviche to grilled Texas quail. The entrees include the choice of an oak-grilled lamb chop, grilled lobster tail or house-made seitan with a spicy vegan mole. For dessert, guests have the option of a scrumptious crisp-shelled red velvet cake with cream cheese ice cream or a luscious chocolate-orange flan with a champagne sorbet.
