“LaTiDo” always deliver!”. Jesse “Chuy” Varela. Latin Beat Magazine
Since 2003, this explosive quartet has garnered a great reputation throughout the Bay Area among dancers and listeners alike, having performed to sold out audiences at renowned venues including Yoshi’s, Yerba Buena Gardens, San Francisco Jazz Festival, Stanford Jazz Concert Series, San José Jazz Festival, the Sonoma Jazz Festival and more.
“LaTiDo’s” music takes us back in time, invites us to dance, and is equally enjoyed by the casual listener. Close intricate vocal harmonies, the rhythmic pulse of the Bongó drum and Bass, the unique sound of the traditional Tres Guitar (a three double set string instrument developed in Cuba) the Flute and the lively compositions are pleasing to the ears, the heart and the soul. “LaTiDo” plays Latin Music from the heart.
