It's the first day of Spring and things are busy in the Sugarbush! In the Sugarhouse, be sure to stop in for free smells as we boil maple sap into syrup in the evaporator. Under the Red Oak nearby, traditional skills instructor Jim Miller will be making folded birchbark containers, a springtime activity for Native Americans of our area who used bark "mokuks" to collect maple sap. You can also visit the Schoolhouse and Cabin for special kids activities and take a guided walk through the Sugarbush.
