Get out your lederhosen and get ready to party for a cause! The Community Coaching Center is hosting the 1st annual CCC Oktoberfest: Benefiting Autism Inclusion! Autism is the fastest-growing serious developmental disability in the U.S. and affects 1 in 110 children. This year more children will be diagnosed with Autism than with AIDS, diabetes, or cancer. Although there is no cure for Autism, there are proven ways to increase the quality of life for individuals with Autism. One very effective way is though community based programming, which is what the Community Coaching Center provides.
The mission of “CCC” is to "develop appropriate social behaviors for school-aged individuals with autism while promoting awareness and inclusion in the community.” So show you care and come out to party for Autism at CCC's 1st Annual Oktoberfest! The event will feature traditional German and local musicians, traditional and local food, a variety of beer, games for kids, a raffle and more! It’s sure to be a great time for the whole family!
