Maple syrup is a special and unique product, and the Finger Lakes region is one of the few places on earth where people can harvest and boil tree sap into a delicious food! Our MapleFest includes maple sap and syrup sampling, local foods, a pancake breakfast both mornings from 10 a.m. to noon, crafts and games for kids, live music, tours of our Sugarbush, animal programs, craft vendors, and much more!
