Enjoy the influences of Spanish and Balkan music with the “Cavatina Duo,” hailed as the best flute and guitar twosome in the world today, by The New Yorker. The “Cavatina Duo” captivates audiences with their electrifying performances across North America, Europe, Asia, and now The Morton Arboretum. With selections reflecting the performers’ native countries, this program spans the Baroque to the present day. Join us at this first concert of our season as the “Cavatina Duo” explores works by Bach, Piazzolla, Tadic and Takemitsu. All ages.
