The longest running musical in the history of West End theatre, CATS is based on 14 poems of T. S. Eliot's Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats, with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber. The show changed the face of musical theatre, beginning the trend of long-term musical shows running on both sides of the Atlantic.
