What could be better than perfectly paired food and wine? We can't think of a thing. Join us for a winemaker's dinner at Noble Rot in SE Portland featuring wines from Cathedral Ridge Winery.
Noble Rot's Chef, Gregory Smith, will prepare an appetizer reception, followed by a four-course meal; each course will be paired with a different Cathedral Ridge wine. Cathedral Ridge Owner and Chief Cellar Rat, Robb Bell, will be on hand to discuss the wines and the Columbia Gorge winegrowing area.
