Welcome to Catharsis.
A catharsis is an emotional release, a cleansing experience. For example, the transformation of fear into laughter.
During this workshop, we'll be using the tools of vinyasa yoga and stream of consciousness writing to dissolve emotional barriers and break through to clarity.
In short, it will be fun. It's be a great way to start off an amazing weekend.
You don't have to have any experience with writing, we'll just be using journaling as a way to discover what's on our minds.
Try to bring a notebook and a pen.
