Join professional cartoonist Joe Wos and the ToonSeum for three days of instruction and fun with “Cartoon Canines and Critters: A How To Toon Summer Camp.”

This one-of-a-kind mini-camp is designed exclusively for younger artists, revealing simple tricks of the trade that will help kids create their very own comics and characters! With the motto “Anyone Can Toon,” the program emphasizes the creativity and confidence of the individual by teaching technique, characterization and cartoon history.

Students will also get an exciting behind-the-scenes look at the ToonSeum's latest exhibit, Cartoon Canines, featuring some of the most famous mutts of all time and the artists who created them, as well as storytime performances, guest cartoonists, and a few appearances from some furry friends.

Joe's tutorial skills have been refined by over 25 years of cartooning experience.
