Carter Hulsey is a singer-songwriter from Missouri. Formerly known simply as a friend of Christofer Drew aka "NeverShoutNever," Carter Hulsey has now launched his own musical career. Hulsey was introduced to the scene by touring with Drew himself and other acts like Meg & Dia.
