Carpe Librum (Seize the Book!) April 18, 2006

Turning the Page, a DC-based education non-profit, is holding its 5th annual Carpe Librum (Seize the Book!) book sale at 900 7th Street NW.

Last year, over 250 community partners and individuals donated more than 60,000 new and used books, DVDs and CDs to the Carpe Librum book sale, generating more than $43,000 for enrichment programs in DC public schools. TTP hopes to collect 80,000 books for this year?s sale.
