Carousel Couture at the Madcap Masquerade October 25, 2008

Carousel Couture is the title of the fashion show to take place during the “After 9” portion of the fourth-annual Madcap Masquerade ball to benefit the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy. Inspired by the PNC Carousel at this year’s event site, Schenley Plaza, the show will feature sixteen local designers’ views of that theme. “One of the most exciting things about holding Madcap Masquerade at Schenley Plaza is seeing what inspiration these talented designers have taken from the PNC Carousel,” said Meg Cheever, President and CEO of the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy.

This year designers have incorporated the animals and colors of the carousel as well as using organic and recycled materials to promote the message of the Parks Conservancy to preserve our parks.

This show is always a theatrical production and unlike any other fashion show in Pittsburgh - an event not to be missed!

Tickets for 7pm- midnight arre $250, and after 9 tickets are $50. Black tie or costumes.
