Carl Morris: History of Religions July 5, 2007

A showcase of the works of Carl Morris, including a series of murals not shown collectively since they were debuted at the 1959 Oregon Centennial Exposition. These murals, appropriately monumental in scale, are a series of abstract symbols represented through Morris' explorations of form, space, light, color and texture. The exhibit will also feature work representing Morris' early examples of figurative and landscape paintings.
