Learn from an expert panel about local resources available to help older adults age gracefully and with dignity. The workshop "Aging in Place" introduces and explains local resources that help people remain living in their homes independently as long as possible. "Transitioning to a New Home" offers resources for people who are considering the path toward joining a group living environment.
